Description

Hedge Bedstraw is a perennial herb with slender, square stems and whorls of narrow, bright green leaves. It produces small, white, star-shaped flowers from June to September. The plant can grow up to 1 metre in height and often forms dense mats.

Distribution

It is native to Europe and western Asia and has been introduced to North America. It thrives in hedgerows, meadows, and along roadsides.
