Description

Marsh Mallow is a perennial herb with soft, velvety leaves and pale pink to white flowers. It typically grows in marshy areas and can reach heights of up to 1.5 metres. The plant has a thick taproot and is known for its mucilaginous properties.

Native to Europe and Western Asia, it is commonly found in damp, marshy environments. It has been introduced to North America and other regions.
