Description
Honesty is a biennial plant known for its striking translucent seed pods, which resemble silver coins. It grows up to 1 metre tall and produces fragrant purple or white flowers in the spring. The plant has heart-shaped leaves with a slightly serrated edge.
Distribution
Native to the Balkans, Honesty is now widely naturalised throughout Europe, North America, and parts of Asia. It thrives in temperate regions, often found in gardens and along roadsides.
