Description
Spanish Bluebell is a bulbous perennial with strap-like leaves and bell-shaped flowers, typically blue, but can also be pink or white. The flowers are arranged in a loose, one-sided cluster on a sturdy stem.
Distribution
Native to the Iberian Peninsula, it has become naturalised in parts of the UK and other regions of Europe. It thrives in woodlands, meadows, and gardens.
