Description

Orange Jewelweed is an annual plant with succulent stems and bright orange, spotted flowers. It typically grows in moist, shaded areas and can reach up to 150 cm in height. The flowers have a distinctive shape with a conical spur at the back.

Distribution

Native to North America, it is commonly found in the eastern United States and Canada, often in wetlands and along stream banks.
